I was interested in a vehicle and since I live far, I was told they will not give me a carfax if I don’t do a deposit. Cheers to the sales guy, cheap customer service and also to the manager who runs the show like this. There is a lot of options for me to buy out there. I’ll go somewhere else. Cheers!
I came in for a simple engine coolant flush, a procedure that takes about 30-45 minutes total and cost about 150CAD. It took them a little les than 2h and charged 374$. They charged more liquid than needed for both the cleaning and filling of the engine coolant on top of charging the service for an SUV/Truck even tho ir was a Camry. Mecanic forgot his plaatic botle of water under the driver's seat. Overall bad experience. I'd highly recommand going to Ste-Foy Toyota in Québec city. Much more professional and not overly charging you for nothing. Recommandation: check on the web what type of repair it is and take notes as they will try to overcharge you for your lack of infrmation.
