I normally give excellent reviews but not this time. I made an appointment at 12:30 for an oil change, arrived on time and they never even moved my car to the real service center until 3:30 or 3 hours later. When I questioned this my main service advisor David Urbach why my appointment time doesn’t matter he sloughed it off and said yea we have other customers who want oil who complain too. Oil changes get low priority and I just work here and you should complain to the service manager Rich Deeds who wasn’t there or working that day. I drove my 2019 Silverado from the east coast and needed an oil change before returning. I use to live in Pleasanton & Dublin for 20 years. David needs to improve his customer skills, Richard probably needs to fired and if I was in the C Suite at GM I would change ownership in this place and do so right away. One bright spot was Rick Enos who deserves a 10/10 rating for his customer service and advice for maintenance on my 3 GM cars including my 2022 Corvette. Lastly they have different entry points for driving up for Cadillac vs Chevy even though the same technicians work on all the cars making dropping off more complicated than it needs to be. And no one come out to help. There is one person David handling everything and seems overwhelmed. Thankfully I found Rick 2 doors down. Good luck if you go there is all I can say for now.

Handled the issue with my vehicle. Gave me a direct line to my service provider. Actually answered the phone when I called the number that was given to me. I personally like to have a person answer. Handled my request for an update on the progress of my vehicle. They also have a vehicle tracking that they sent you a link to. That’s also helpful. My service provider was professional and friendly. Highly recommend 10 out of 10.

I recently purchased a 2026 Chevy equinox active trim at 42k to be told by the sales representative my car was the only one that didn’t come with an owners paper manual and was clueless if it’s all car lines like so and told me to go buy one from the parts/service department separately. Then transferred me to upper management and was a dead line.

Normal service, everything seemed okay till I got back to my car. I don’t drive in sport mode, my car was in sport mode when I got it back. It also had THREE whole miles added to my car. Sure seems like someone took my car out and had some fun with it. It’s not even a fast car but they put it in sport mode and added 3 miles. Unbelievable, I was hoping to make this my home Chevy for service since I’m moving here. Guess not.
