I would like to take the time to wholeheartedly thank Mr. Phil. I had an car accident on Thursday morning. I drive a jeep and needed help. I was with my kids. I was emotional and crying when I came in. Phil took charge, treated us like royalty. He gave my kids hot cocoa. Phil I am greatful thank you so much !!

While I have always been impressed with the service here, I no longer feel able to return here. I called and asked about COVID-19 related safety precautions and was assured that everyone wore masks and socially distanced. I would have given a zero star rating if available, as it is more appropriate. The staff wander around without masks and do not social distance. While it is true they are behind limited plexiglass at times (not in the garage or the woman who walked right beside me in the waiting room), they still insist on signing the work orders and what the hell is going on inside the garage where I can’t see if the people in my car are wearing masks. So, I went outside and took pictures of the driver in a clients car without a mask on while moving the car out of the garage. Epic failure; you should be making every effort to protect your employees and clients lives. I was there after an ABS warning light went off sometime in April after limited travel since having all four brakes serviced there in Feb. I was shown the sensor cable that was not clipped into the two clips that is should have been; when asked if the clips were defective, the mechanic said no, and he showed me how much presser was required to clip the cable back in. I was given a quote of $209.00 for something they forgot to clip when they did the service. So, I left after paying the $60 estimate fee which is total BS! Epic failure to public health and safety and a clear and present danger to all during this pandemic. I will be following-up with police to see if this is actually legal, but no matter what: the dealership should be doing everything in it’s power to I still confidence toward their clients; some of whom may have just had chemotherapy, or may be otherwise compromised! Zero stars!!!!
