***February 5, 2025 they received the key that they order and tried to program it to my car, but the key they received was defective. They placed an order for another key. I hope that I can finalize this and give my review of my new vehicle experience and vehicle service in their garage. ***January 11, 2025 waiting until the 30 days of acquisition of recent vehicles to give my truthful recent experience after giving Duclus another chance ***December 19, 2024 - update to come based on recent purchase and recent garage service. **** So this was my first experience with buying a vehicle from the Duclos dealership. The sales rep I had could have been more honest and straightforward with me. The after sales repair service was good, but since I had an extended warranty made me wonder if I didn't would they be honest? The vehicle was great and the extended warranty was a smart choice and was well used to cover the repairs needed.
