I had a great experience at Duncan Hyundai. The salesman, Simon Young was knowledgeable and I never felt undue pressure to make the deal. I really appreciate that he has been only a text message away from helping me learn about my first EV. Kim in the business department was great and loads of fun. Outstanding service on all fronts!

Had a great experience purchasing a new car. I loved my previous Tucson and wanted to upgrade. I have always heard great things about Duncan Hyndai so made the drive up from Victoria. Tanvi & Kim were amazing and I would highly recommend this dealership.

I had an excellent experience buying a new car at Duncan Hyundai. From the beginning of the process, the level of honesty, transparency, and customer service far exceeded what I had experienced in the past from other dealerships. Sepehr made the buying process was very easy, there were no hidden costs or fees, and everything was clearly explained to me along the way. The finance manager Kimberley was also extremely helpful and friendly, and at no point was I pressured to spend more than what was in my budget. On pickup day, I was kindly welcomed immediately by Simon upon arriving and I was clearly directed where to go. Insurance was also not a problem, as they have an insurance broker with an office on-site. For anyone from Victoria or the surrounding areas, trust that it will be well worth the trip to Duncan Hyundai.

We walked into the Hyundai dealership, and met Simon, the smiling salesman. After asking what type of vehicle we were looking for, he arranged test drive on the two different types of Venues that we were interested in. He was extremely helpful in describing the differences between the three levels of Venues, and the similarities. After I had settle on the type I wanted, we discussed colour choices. I had wanted a red vehicle, but none were on the lot the previous day. By a stroke of luck/ timing, a low milage 2023 had been traded in that day. We took it for a test drive, and I knew it was my next car! After negotiations with Jordan regarding our trade in value ( settled with a coin toss!), Simon and Sidney arranged the paperwork, and next day we drove her home! Everyone we dealt with were very helpful and friendly. Great service!

I am extremely relieved to have met Tanvi at the Duncan location, she really paid attention to my needs and especially what I wanted, she heard my concerns and was very patient to explain what I didn't understand. She walked with me beginning to finish, I met the store manager Jeremy he was reassuring and quite a pleasant person to meet. Kim did the financial end with me and confidently showed me volumes of differences for my choices, boosting my confidence, backing what I, not the bank, or dealership wanted. Next Emily was quick and efficient to wrap up my insurance needs and also worked at my pace to clarify my queries. Liam is their service representative, who put me at ease about being there anytime for maintenance and questions. I met the detailer, whose name I can't remember, yet I appreciate his magic, transforming the car I traded in. A wonderful team, experienced, courteous, and will continue being 'home' for my new purchase!! 😀 they are marvelous Go there, you'll see.
