Excellent customer service from Mike Hamdan!! I wasn't sure quite what I wanted and Mike took the time to show me numerous vehicles. He was informative, patient, personable, and professional. By far the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. Thanks again Mike and Dunn's!

This is a follow up review from previously posted review. I'm very grateful that Dunn Chevy Sales Manager called me back to rectify my problem. To me this is great customer service. He could have blown it off but he did not. When something. Is wrong I'll write about it That goes for when something goes right. As far as my sales person, Meagan Meyer was nothing but helpful! She was very attentive to my needs and worked hard to get me there. Thank you Meagan and Matt for taking numerous phone calls. I for one appreciated your attention to this matter.

What a great car buying experience! Mike was amazing to work with! I did not buy the most expensive car this time around but he treated me very kindly and was just as helpful and worked with my current budget. I highly recommend this dealership and Mike! Very professional staff and nice selection for any budget. Thank you all for taking good care me and helping me get out of the rental car after my accident that totaled my previous car.

Purchased a used truck with low miles, the truck was sharp and they were quick to make a deal, complete the financing and have me in my new truck in the same day. Unfortunately paperwork was supposed to be emailed to me, and I never received it. Three weeks after I purchased the truck I had major issues to the point I could not drive it. I called Dunn and they basically said that's what your warranty is for--pay for it to get towed there to get serviced and they would fix it. Very frustrating that they don't stand by their vehicles that they sell and that this issue arose. Add in that paperwork wasn't sent to me so I had not a single number to call for my warranty company. Thankfully my local dealer pulled the VIN and saw that its still under power train warranty and got it towed to their shop (that Chevy paid for) and they diagnosed the problem, have parts on order and are assisting with sorting through the extended warranty aspect. Hopefully there are no additional major concerns that the shop finds while it is there getting repaired. Guess the initial sale was too good to be true. I will not be returning to Dunn or recommending them to others.

This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought with Megan! She is AMAZING! She is great listening to my concerns and needs for a new vehicle. Making sure every single box is checked for me. Even....answers all my texts about my new car questions , so promptly! I highly recommend her for any car needs in the future! You will NOT be disappointed!
