I recently purchased a used Mustang from Dunn Ford and had a stellar experience from beginning to end. I live in Michigan and was unable to come see the vehicle in person. My salesman Chase went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information and details I needed to make an informed and confident purchase. He answered all of my questions and provided me with countless pictures, videos, and other documentation. When it came to getting the vehicle shipped to me, they were incredibly accommodating and flexible. I can't recommend Chase and Dunn Ford enough!

Shop has a fast & great quick lane great, just however some things they WILL not do. Alignment work for one that is called for, say it's to much work well that's why your in the dealership to do that work right? Told one thing was wrong with vehicle when it was something else altogether. Only stated that for the tires were the problem moved them out and the escape drove straight with a slow pull towards the ditch. Quick Lane I take everything to them great on wheels and oil changes. Plan on using Dunn Ford on all my Auto needs.
