The service assessment was done promptly, parts came in quick, and my servicing was done in the estimated time frame. Tyler was great to deal with and kept me in the loop. would of gave zero stars if it was an option. i would never in a million years reccomend this dealership to anyone. i would do the opposite and tell anyone to stay as far away as possible. i bought a 2020 hyundai tuscon from them and since the moment i got it there has been nothing but issues. i had to bring it in for the blower motor to get replaced after a day of owning it. i also mentioned some other issues that did not seem right or like it should pass safety. i brought it into the actual hyundai dealership and they showed me two main issues that they deemed should not of passed safety, i again called dunn ram and they asked me to bring it in so a manager and two mechanics could look at it. they re assured me that nothing was wrong and that hyundai was just trying to make money and that they could stand by and gaurentee the car is in great working order. i took it to the mpi investigation unit and they deemd that safety should of failed and are issuing a notice to fix to the company. i phoned the same manager back to get him to hold up his end and now he cant find the words or care to comment. this is a scummy place and this is the reason people hate buying cars from dealerships, they just care about the money and try to cover up there tracks. save your self the headaches and bs and do not buy here.

Had a great experience with the Collision Centre. Tyler was excellent about keeping me informed while my vehicle was being repaired. Professional service and great attention to detail through the process. My car looks as good as new and it was cleaned inside and out before returned to me.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. They told me my $500 deposit was fully refundable, but when I asked for it back, they only offered me $250. The manager was incredibly rude when I told him I wanted the full refund, and when I tried to contact the owner, I got no response. I will be disputing it with my credit card and will be reporting them to the Manitoba dealership association. The other dealerships I was dealing with and looking at vehicles with easily refunded me with no issues or disrespect. This dealership was a nightmare. I won’t be recommend them to anyone, and Be careful shopping with them and to make sure you get all copies of paperwork from them as it seems by the reviews I'm not the only on they've done similar things to. Update: I was able to get my full refund back eventually. It took leaving this review and reporting them. I was asked to remove this review when I was at the dealership getting the deposit back. The only apology I got was from the salesman I dealt with the whole time. I have nothing against him none of this is his fault. The owner and manager should be held accountable this is definitely not how you run a business or keep customers.
