Dunning Motor Sales Inc Jeep

Walked inside the Chevrolet building and saw two guys chatting and laughing in an office. One of them saw my husband and I kept on chatting. If this is how they run the place it is ridiculous. If they would have acknowledged our presence I wouldn't have been so angry. We will not go there again or to any other dealerships they own. When I called to complain I was put on hold, I hung up because my time and my money are just as important as theirs.

Nice people, this is how a dealership should be run. Great pricing. " I drove from Pittsburgh." And I shopped every dealer in my area. Not one came close to pricing or service. Hour and half drive not only saved me 4k on my new truck. But almost double on my trade-in. I got a 2020 for less than guys in Pittsburgh wanted for 2018. Seriously, if you're in the market, call these guys.!!!!

Buying experience was great but they failed to payoff my trade in. Traded a 4Runner in on a Wrangler on 6/3 and on 6/25 Toyota Financial notified me of an upcoming payment. Dunning sent the check to the incorrect address that Toyota did not recognize. On 6/28, Lori in finance said she would contact Toyota to get things straightened out but due to being a Friday it would more than likely be until Monday 7/1 for her to correct things. She said to make the payment due so it didnt impact my credit. She was to contact me for an update no later than Tue 7/2 but never did. Today, 7/10 I contacted Toyota and the payoff still hasn't been sent. Called Dunning Motors to speak to Lori and she was conveniently on lunch (like every other time I call to speak to her) but apparently was walked in while I was on the phone. Chuck placed me on hold and multiple sales reps kept picking up the phone asking whom I was waiting on. Finally, my sales rep Brandon picked up the phone and said Lori asked him to contact Toyota for an updated payoff. I told him the payoff hasn't changed as they are responsible for the original dollar amount owed on 6/3 (on my contract). The additional payments I've paid along with the interest Toyota charges on a daily basis needs to be paid back to me. Brandon stated numerous times he didnt understand what I was saying lol. They are trying to pay today's payoff amount vs the amount it was on the day I traded the 4Runner in. Think loooong and hard before doing business with this dealership! Right now Im on the hook for paying 2 vehicles, one of which they've already sold to another customer. The grand topper, Lori never contacted Toyota still to this day!

this place never answers the phone or will leave you on hold till you hang up. they are not interested in selling anything that is for sure. just go someplace else
