As you can see from above, all 5 stars have been filled. Lemme tell you why: Their names are Chris (product specialist), Ken (sales manager) and Ryan (Finance Director). These guys helped my lovely (and strikingly gorgeous) woman to seamlessly create an opportunity to have her dream car, the Grand Cherokee Overland 4XE. Coming from sales from a different CDJR dealer, I could not have been more happy with the easy and transparent process they had to offer and for the smile they put on Jerzie’s face the whole drive home. Special shoutout to these wonderful men, as well as Tim and Salvador for keeping the positive vibes by conversation with us. This particular individual may not know this, but shoutout to Faith for keeping a smile on her face while running around, shuffling paperwork, and assisting guests with presenting vehicles. This, is the type of culture dealerships need. Where it doesn’t have to feel like the sales department is out to get you. If I could leave more than 5 I would. I honestly never leave Google reviews, but Layla absolutely deserves one. She was probably the best sales agent I’ve ever worked with. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly professional, patient, and genuine. She’s not your ordinary sales person What really stood out to me was that she never pressured me into buying anything. She truly didn’t care whether I bought a car that day or not she just wanted to make sure I was comfortable, understood everything, and got the right deal. That level of honesty and transparency is extremely rare when buying a car. I actually drove 45 minutes just to come here, and it was 100% worth it. This is my favorite place to buy cars and trucks. In the last 2 years I have made two purchases. The finance representative Ryan, is the most professional service oriented person I have ever done business with. His level of devotion before and after the sale is unparalleled. The sales representative Johnny be Good, was another shining star, allowing me to feel comfortable and everything he was telling me, lead me to believe that he was there for me, to make a good decision without pressure. Donny, was great too, helping wrap up the deal. I'd also like to thank Ken, the sales manager, and Chris, another sales representative for the time they took with me to help me make my decision. Jeremiah was amazing! He assisted me with purchasing my car and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. His care, professionalism, and sense of humor made everything so much easier and quicker!
