Very bad experience while working with Robert! He was nice while selling the car. But at the time of delivery, he did not supervise the showroom to clean the car. Lots of stains inside the car. We asked for his attention and showed the marks. He ignored our complaints. Please make it written when Robert promise something. Otherwise you’ll be disappointed like me.

If you're shopping for a Honda, I highly recommend checking this place out. I had already evaluated my car on Black Book and Clutch and visited my previous dealership first. First of all, the sales department is always very helpful and the purchase of the vehicle went very smoothly. biggening of summer, i went to see my mechanic for an oil change and he noticed oil dripping from the transmission. disassembled the airbox and found that the transmission fill plug was missing. the only people who touched this is the dealership as i had the trans oil changed prior to this. i went there and was told but the service manager that this was not their fault this is an issue with Honda popping that plug due to pressure which is possible. I spend the money to replace the oil in the transmission as a precaution as the hole is about an inch wide and debris could had gotten in there for how long. About a couple weeks ago, my light came on for an EVAP check engine for a small and major leak. After verification of evap components, system lines, solenoids, mechanic found that the 2 top lines on the gas tank were barely connected and not clipped. the only person to ever play there was the dealer during the gas pump recall a few months ago. has to spend more money to get this fixed the car has been pretty reliable but every time they have touched it, seems like problems arise. i do not recommended getting work done there at all, even recalls, go somewhere else

I purchased my Honda CRV at DuPont & DuPont Honda approximately nine months ago. Due to a recall from Honda, I drove from Ottawa to the dealership earlier this week and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Upon arrival to the service department I was greeted by Philippe Misiri who was very personable, friendly and accommodating. While the vehicle was being serviced, I was greeted by several staff members which made the one hour trip to the dealership well worth the time. The service call itself was done quickly and efficiently and I was pleased to receive a follow up call the following day to make sure my experience had been pleasant and ask if there was anything more they could do. Thanks again for the superior customer service. I would strongly recommend visiting this dealership when shopping for your next vehicle. Merci!

We Love this place. We have had about 8 servicings at this dealership so far and we've never had an issue. We feel like the service is honest and they will never try to up sell when it is not required. I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here, Sylvie and her team are great to work with. Even the mechanics are friendly and open to explaining things!
