He was able to locate a vehicle that matched exactly what I was looking for and had it brought to the dealership the same day. That alone impressed me, but the experience only got better from there. The entire team was transparent and upfront about pricing, worked hard to get me every incentive available, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. No games, no confusion, just honest business. What really stood out to me was how they treated me while I was deployed. They had no issue holding the vehicle until I got back home, which meant a lot. I worked with Mason, who helped me purchase my new vehicle, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. He really took the time to find me the perfect fit something that stayed within my budget but was still a car I absolutely fell in love with. That balance isn’t easy, and he made it happen. What really stood out to me was his level of dedication. He even went out of his way to pick up documents from out of town just to make the process smoother for me. That kind of customer service is rare and truly says everything about how much they care. Mason was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and just an all-around great person to work with. Was in the market for a Raptor… was talking to 4 dealer on various specs. The only sales person that actually put effort into making the deal work was Noah At DuPratt. He didn't pitch me, he just listened to what my needs were and made it happen. He went the extra mile to make sure the deal was seamless and even volunteered to drive the truck to Fowler which was awesome.
