We had an outstanding experience with the Ford Service Center in Casselman this past weekend. We were in a very stressful situation when the radiator on our Subaru Outback failed — in the middle of winter, in very cold temperatures, and far from home. Despite the fact that this was not a Ford vehicle, the team accepted to take us in with little to no notice. One of the employees even skipped their lunch to help us get the vehicle diagnosed and repaired as quickly as possible. They placed a rush order on the required part, and throughout the process, the team went above and beyond to make sure my family was safe and taken care of — including offering to drive us around during the appointment so we wouldn’t be stranded in the cold. Remarkably, they had the car ready before closing time at 5:00 PM, which was far more than we could have hoped for given the circumstances. The level of professionalism, kindness, and customer care we experienced was exceptional. We would highly recommend this service center to anyone in the region, and we would absolutely return without hesitation. In fact, this experience has genuinely made us consider purchasing a Ford vehicle in the future. Thank you to the entire team for turning a difficult situation into an outstanding customer experience.

Took my F150 to SG Wells ( Ingleside) with a transmission shifting problem issue, and after giving them $ 175 for diag. , they told me I needed a new transmission. Dupuis Ford found an issue with broken wires to the transmission ECU and now a week later driving ,it shifts like a new truck. Thumbs up to Dupuis Ford .
