# Summary The dealership receives consistently negative feedback regarding poor follow-up and communication across its service and sales departments, with customers reporting unresolved issues, lengthy delays, and unresponsive management even after escalating complaints to corporate. Multiple reviewers describe deceptive sales practices, incompetent service work, and staff who are dismissive or unhelpful when problems arise.
I have been through a whole ordeal with the service department at Dutch Miller Chevy. They don’t follow up at all hardly, and then when you bring it to their attention (if you get to actually speak to someone) they make excuses. Well, we’re busy.. ok, then hire more people if you can’t keep up. I’ve left numerous messages, emails, contacted corporate headquarters, and still nothing! It took an entire month just to get my car in to service! I will never buy another GM brand car period. They have proven to me how much they care about their customers.
My sons car had a recall on his car engine. We towed it to Dutch who had no clue how to get it in the garage to run a diagnostic on it. Finally got it done and engine needed replaced. It was on back order for 2 months. They got it in, started working on it and just quit and went to other cars to work on. This car sit up on the lift for 8 months till I demanded something be done. Finally they got it finished. We picked it up. The next morning we started it up and its making a pecking noise. I called back out and they dmsaid to bring it in at 2 the next day. They supposedly did a diagnostic on it and found nothing. I have been told by good mechanics that this is the timing chain. We have it home and not sure will happen with it. I have called Ford Motor Company and also the attorney general. Do NOT but from them and most certainly do not take animating there to be worked on. They are liars and incompetent to do whats needed. Its been a long road for us.
Went to Beckley GMC. Looking at Canton trucks was told can’t test drive too close to close. Went and let the General Manager know how crappy the customer service was. He had nothing to say crappy place would not recommend will advise all friends and family about experience.
We bought a Tacoma from Arnold at the Dodge store in May for $27,000. We were told that the truck would hold its value, and to come back if we decided to trade again. Fast forward six months later, and we call to trade on a full size truck. We were told NOW they’re going by KBB pricing, and they will only give us $18,000 or under for the truck. So, if they had gone by that pricing six months ago, we wouldn’t have been charged so much for the truck? Earlier I had talked to a guy on the phone, who said that still with the chip shortage, we would be surprised how much they would give us for it. Well, he was right, we were surprised. We thought that we had found an honest dealer to buy from. That is not the case at all.
Update no one from cooperate or Ram has contacted me in 60 days formal complaint now filed with chrystler now.....I have made several attempts to reach Dutch Miller Ram about an extended warranty refund with no luck. I called Seth to speak with finance and he simply hangs up on me for no reason just refuses to transfer me. I actually have 3 recorded calls ...someone from cooperate should listen to. They at Dutch Miller Ram beg you for 5 star reviews after the sale i understand now... its to cover up all the poor service after the sale. I will say that Jordan Curry and the other Jordan in Finance are liars as well i was promised a refund in 7 days and its been 60 days no refund yet.Good Luck and pray you dont need help after the sale. P.S. This was after the sale of a 60,000 dollar new truck. After posting a review someone did return my call i will keep you posted. But no one from cooperate has called to hear the recordings of the horrible customer service from Seth at Dutch Miller Ram, i will be changing my 1 star review from a 1 to a 2 .
