I was traveling from Ft. Wayne, Indiana to Hickory, NC. We hit a pot hole around the Charleston area. And blew a tire. I wasn't the first car, someone was already pulled over changing theirs. I drive a 2024 Kona and it is NOT equipped with a spare. I do have 3yr plan for Bluelink and they sent us to the closest dealership which happened to be an hour away. Dutch Miller. We Made it there just before they closed and they took the time to suggest a nice clean hotel for my 2 grandsons and I as my Husband couldn'tmake the trip with us. After I called and booked the room they arranged a lyft driver to pick us up and take us there. The next day, I kept in contact with Levi, my Service representative that I had been working with. Unfortunately they had to order my tire. It wouldn't arrive until 3pm that afternoon. The Hotel he suggested had plenty of things going on to keep us busy. Also, all within walking distance for us to get around until our tire was fixed. They sent a lyft driver to pick us up once it was finished. We were back on our way to Hickory around 5pm. Although I wish it would have been sooner, the grandkids and I made some fun memories in spite of our mishap. I appreciated the thoughtful suggestions, a great location to stay at and working us in at closing time!

Service department representative was professional and courteous. Had an oil change completed in about an hour. The only issue I had is. I had a nail in a tire and they wanted to charge me $59 for a repair. Had it done at another shop for 1/3 the price.

Took care of my fiancé and I, while I was at work. They paid off the loan for a five year old car we already had and put us in a brand new model of the exact same car! Our interest rate is drastically lower than before. Id like to thank them for having integrity instead of trying to get over on my fiance since I wasn't there! The salesman was a total class act.
