# Summary The dealership receives consistent praise from customers for its sales team's personable and knowledgeable approach, with multiple reviewers highlighting exceptional service experiences and staff who prioritize customer satisfaction. However, one customer reported a severely negative experience with the service department, citing a 92-day repair that involved miscommunication, delayed updates, and lack of promised loaner vehicles.

I was just thinking of trading my Nissan Frontier and decided to drive to Ripley to see what Jeep Gladiators were available not intending to buy anything, however after talking to the Sales Member, Logan Cooper, I decided to go for a brand new Jeep Gladiator. Logan was very personable but professional and very knowledgeable, it was a pleasure to do business with this young man he’s exceptional. I could get a Jeep about anywhere but I’m very glad to go to Dutch in Ripley. The same can be said about Isaiah and Andrew along with Logan they all made me feel like family and sold me on a brand new Jeep truck that I couldn’t be happier with. I will most definitely be sending all my friends and coworkers to see these guys in Ripley.

Great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, patient, and never pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me find the right car, not just making a sale. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle! Scott was awesome to work with! Super helpful, honest, and made buying my car a great experience. HIGHLY recommend asking for him.

Applause Applause to Randi F.(Service Advisor) and the entire team at Dutch Miller of Ripley. Traveling back to OH from SC. Jeep having the "the jeep death wobble". They immediately got me in to assess the issue. Got parts coming from 45 minutes away. Had me back on the road home in 3 hours! I could not be more greatful and appreciative of their hard work! Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant, helpful and sympathetic to me and my situation. Everyone should be this kind! Thank you to everyone.

Dutch Miller in Ripley has the best team! I just got a 2019 Nissan Armada and love it! They made the entire process so fun and cracked jokes the entire time. Luis made sure I found something I would enjoy for both me and my son! The DVD player for my 3 year old is a HUGE hit!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is hands down the worst service department I’ve ever been to. I had my 22 Ram 3500 dropped off on 8/25/25 for warranty work. When I called the service department I explained what happened and expressed my concern for the K1 snap ring in the transmission, a known issue with the AS69RC. I was told not to worry and in a couple of weeks I’d have it back. Two weeks go by and not a peep. After calling, I was told they haven’t gotten the truck in but it was set to go in that afternoon. I called the following week for an update and expressed how I needed my truck back as soon as possible, especially since I wasn’t given a loaner vehicle. When I asked about getting a loaner I was told, “we don’t have any.” And few more days go by and I was told that the technician ordered a valve body for my truck, when I questioned them on the decision, I was informed that “the last few Ram trucks in with transmission problems were valve body issues.” I asked if those trucks were also AS69RC trucks or 68RFE trucks, I was then told they were 68RFE trucks, which is a completely different transmission, that does have valve body issues. After finally receiving the valve body and installing it, I was told that they backed the truck off the lift but it would do anything in any forward gears. When they told me this I laughed and said “yeah almost like it’s the K1 snap ring like I said.” I was told then that they were ordering the stuff to rebuild it. During all of this I explained that I needed my truck by the end of September to travel out of town for my wedding. The week before my wedding I called to check the status of my truck, I was told that it was being worked on and they assured me that it would be done by the next week. Fast forward to the following week, I called on Monday and the service manager told me the truck would be done hopefully by the end of the day, I told them that I needed it by Wednesday at the latest. Then I was told that even if it wasn’t done, they would make sure I had a nice rental vehicle to drive. I call Wednesday and no truck. I then said “I need that rental vehicle tonight like you said.” Which I got a reply of “I thought you said you were leaving Thursday”, to which I replied “tomorrow is Thursday”. They made it seem like I was inconveniencing them by needing the vehicle I was promised so I could make it to my wedding out of state. They did finally get me a vehicle, but it was a very used small trade in car off the lot. After everything was said and done, I finally got my truck back on 11/25/25. I was told multiple times that my truck would be done the next day and that they just had a couple more things to do. This went on for 92 days. I was given the run around so many times and lied to. I was unsure if the technician was even competent enough to put the truck back together correctly. No one would accept any blame and it was always passed off. Now not even a month later, I just received an engine code for a bad transmission solenoid. Why should I spend $100,000 on a truck to be treated like I was a complete inconvenience to this so called service department? I was never given a loaner or rental to drive which is unheard of especially when your vehicle is under warranty. How do they expect people to get to work for the months that my truck sat on their lift? If my worst enemy in the world told me they needed a vehicle and were going to Dutch Miller in Ripley, I would personally take them to any other dealer and buy them a vehicle out of own pocket. I’ve never seen such poor service and incompetence in my life. As for the sales department, I’ve not had any dealings with them, but if you buy a vehicle here definitely save yourself some time and go elsewhere for service.
