Wasn’t looking forward to buying a vehicle, but Dakota made it super easy. I told him what I needed and wanted in a vehicle and he picked the perfect one. Coming from Charleston after work and It was waiting for me when I got there to check it out. He had everything ready, paperwork, etc. In all, it took about hour and half time to complete with paperwork and financing and had me on my way home to Charleston in my new ride. Thanks to Dakota, you’re the best, and LaRon for making it so fast and easy to purchase my vehicle!

Special shout out to Dakota Adkins at beckley auto mall!! Our Honda Ridgeline started giving problems again so I went on hunt for a new vehicle. Called several local dealers looking for a treverse or Acadia with super cruise and ac seats. They all said not in stock and didn't bother to see if they could get one. So I stopped by beckley auto mall and asked techs who do I talk to and most said same person see Dakota Adkins so I did this man is like if we don't have it I will find it!!! He then showed us several models and even parked different colors next to each other to compare them!! Needless to say we left there with the vehicle we wanted not what they had!! He even stayed after closing to get it done!! Go see this man if you need a new or used ride!!

I would like to thank Dakota Adkins (salesman) and TaRon Ayers (Finance) for all their help in getting me in my new Acadia. I wasn't sure they could get me the payment I was wanting but they did. They worked on getting me exactly what I wanted and I am very appreciative for them. Dakota was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and has helped me to get adjusted to all the controls and answered all my questions. I really love my vehicle and have Dakota and TaRon to thank for making this old woman happy. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to buy a vehicle because they are the best. I wasn't pressured into anything but they worked to get me exactly what I wanted with a few extras. Again Thank you to Dakota and TaRon.

Unfortunately I’ve had to buy 2 cars from here within 7 months! Not due to the dealer but due to reckless behavior from others. Both times I have went has been an amazing experience. Corey is absolutely wonderful!! He helped me find what was best for me in my price range the first time and then went above and beyond the 2nd time to make sure I had a car before I had to turn my rental in! I picked my car out went in the next morning did the paper work that took a hour tops and was out the door!! Big shout out to Corey and all of the team!! thank you all for making this process pleasant and super quick!!!
