I have purchased a 2026 Cadillac CT4 Sport back in November & last week I just purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 that was on their used lot and as soon as it was traded-in, Elliott's first call was to me since he knew what I was looking for! He was attentive, and made sure to explain everything thoroughly for both vehicles. The process was seamless & his finance team was very welcoming. Exceptional experience from start to finish. I purchased a Porsche Taycan 4S for my wife here, and the entire process was absolutely hassle-free. Garret, the young sales guy, did most of the work ahead of time before I even arrived, which made everything incredibly smooth. I was literally in and out in under 30 minutes — unheard of at a dealership. Huge shout out as well to the finance manager. The process was easy, transparent, not pushy at all, and genuinely pleasant. You don’t often hear that about finance departments, but it was great. Solid experience. Sent an online inquire for a car late last night and received a text and phone call from Javier first thing this morning. Drove almost 2 hours for an hour process. Fastest I've had with test drive and paperwork I was out the door. They were upfront about vehicle condition, since it was a recent trade in with service already arranged for typical maintenance items. No hidden fees, fair pricing and smooth process. High recommended
