Weston and Anthony (accessory shop) were wonderful to work with. I was in the market for an F-150 Raptor. But I am picky. I only wanted black and specifically wanted the 802a equipment package for the look more than the performance. The dealership didn’t have any at this or any of their sister dealerships so I was about ready to walk. But he was resilient and resourceful. He found an all black Raptor without it and worked with his accessory shop manager Anthony to prearrange a price for a lift and tire/wheel upgrade to match the look I wanted at a very reasonable price. And the best part is it is all covered under the factory warranty. Another dealer tried to match but Weston’s price was better. Honestly even if it was the same or a little less, I would have purchased from him because it was his idea and effort and he deserved this sale. The dealership was very easy to work with overall but specifically Weston as my sales guy and Anthony in the accessory shop really represented the dealership well and earned these 5 stars. Highly recommend these guys! Duval mgmt - give these dudes a nice atta boy from me!

My wife and I drove up from Daytona beach to pick up my new f150. Out of all the ford dealers we went to this is the only place that valued our business. Even when my wife had one of her seizures they were super compassionate and caring which spoke volumes to us. Andy & Tim really took care of us and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase thanks again guys. From start to finish both Andy & Tim were nothing short of perfection!

We knew exactly the Mach E we wanted and tried to find a Ford dealership that would give us a great deal. First Ford could not have cared less, second Ford was definitely trying to pull a fast one, third time’s the charm, because Duval Ford was amazing. We live two hours away and drove up the same day because Jacoby and his team were fantastic. I’ve never had such a relaxed and trustworthy experience purchasing a car. Came in on Saturday and spoke with Jon about trading in my Bronco that I bought from there a year ago, but I need more room and pulling power and wanted a diesel, but had a budget. I can’t recommend Duval Ford enough! The absolute best experience anyone can have while purchasing a vehicle. My salesman, Conner, was excellent and helped me get an amazing deal on a new 2025 Ford F-150 Lightning. I drove from 3 hours away and will definitely do it again to purchase another vehicle from Duval.
