I had an issue with my vehicle and had it towed to this dealership. The vehicle was making a grinding noise from one of the wheels. They said they were busy and probably couldn’t work on it until the next day at the earliest. But BJ had one of her techs take a quick look at it and the issue was gone. The tech said the noise was most likely from a small rock caught between the brake rotor and the dust shield and probably fell out while being transported to the dealership. I really appreciate them taking a look at it even though they were busy. This dealership has the nicest people working there.

Not sure this will happen to everyone, but my brakes needed replaced before I could return home to New Orleans. Online they couldn’t take me for a week, but were nice to let me drop off my Tahoe and offered to get it done the next day. They ended up getting the work done the same day and I am back on my schedule to return home on time. 5 Stars, excellent customer service.

We were driving from West Palm Beach to Franklin, NC and had car trouble along the way. Arthur from the service department personally answered our call and said he could most likely take care of it in a timely matter as we were on vacation for just a few days. Work was completed in a matter of days at a very reasonable price and our trip home was smooth sailing. Thanks to wonderful Arthur and your team!

After continuing issues with another Chevrolet dealership I decided to try Duvall Chevrolet. From my first call to my scheduled service it has been one of the best experiences I have had with any dealership. Professional, clean and honest. My representative was BJ who was personable, professional and informative. The service was handled as scheduled and the tech took time to listen to the many issues I have with my vehicle which was purchased at another dealership. They have won me over.
