I had an outstanding experience at Dwayne Lane’s in Arlington. From start to finish, the process was professional, transparent, and efficient. Michael, my salesman, was fantastic to work with. I was flying in from out of town, and he personally picked me up from the airport in the truck I was purchasing. That meant a lot and made the entire experience feel smooth and well taken care of. He was responsive, straightforward, and never pushy. Everything we discussed over the phone matched exactly in person. No games, no surprises. Just honest communication and follow-through. Shannon in the service department was equally impressive. She was thorough, helpful, and took the time to walk through the inspection details with me. It’s clear she cares about doing things right and making sure customers feel confident in what they’re buying. Overall, this was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I’ve had. Great people, strong communication, and a dealership that operates with integrity. I’d absolutely recommend Dwayne Lane’s Arlington. I worked with Noah to buy a 2024 Dodge Durango on my way out of town, the day before the 4th of July. I let him know I had a time limit, so everyone worked together to make sure whole process was quick and straight forward. It's a very big, nice clean place, but operates like a small family business. Everyone on staff felt honest and down to earth. The vibe was relaxed, respectful, friendly, and pressure-free. I will definitely be back to Noah for any car purchases for the family!

I brought my 2017 GMC Sierra Truck for simple troubleshooting of coolant system (not registering). So could either be the sensor or the thermostat. After 3 hours ($ 210 charge) of troubleshooting, they told me I needed a new thermostat which they didn't change and wanted another $400 to do that. They could have told me that when they found the thermostat was sticking and I would have had them change it then. I told this to the Service Manager (Parker) and got no apologies and only said that his technicians work off of COMMISSION. So, I purchased new thermostat myself and it took me about 30 minutes to change it. After this service, my AC system was not cooling, so I took it to another repair shop and they advised me that someone drained by refrigerant from the system for the system was still in a vacuum (thus not leaking). Not sure if this technician was trying to get more monies from me, but I would be wary of dealing with this Certified Service Center.

Made an appointment for Tuesday to have my vehicle serviced...dropped it off on Monday afternoon...tried getting some updates on Tuesday & got nothing...today is Wednesday & I still didn't get any type of update...drove back to see for myself what's going on, only to find out it hasn't even looked at it. I won't be returning or recommending this dealership. Dear Owner, Thank you for responding to my review. There is a misunderstanding here...it seems you reassigned my vehicle to someone else after U posted my review. It has been cleared up with Kyle & he will call when the parts are in (expected on Monday) & we will schedule repair work. Please do not cancel the parts order or return them. Many thanks After speaking with Parker & Tyler... I am happy to give kudos to Tyler & Parker of the Service Department. We had a bit of a poor start earlier this week but after Travis & Parker were assigned to us & became our advocates it appears everything is being handled in the most efficient & professional manner it can be. I look forward to doing business with them again...
