My relationship with EAG Ford started in the service department. My vehicle was under warranty, but no other Ford dealer would give me the time of day. EAG Ford immediately took it in and provided a loaner. They stayed in touch and let me know the progress that was being made. When I picked up my truck, not only did they fix the issue, but they also took care of other issues I had with the truck where several other dealerships failed miserably. I have had zero issues with my truck since. My daughter and son-in-law were in need of a new vehicle and we went straight to EAG Ford. I know this may sound crazy, but it was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I’m 61 years old! I won’t ever go anywhere else. Thank you EAG Ford for having a great sales team and service department.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service department at this place! As someone who used another Ford service department in the area for years this one is hands down the best. (I've determined after bringing my car to them for the last year.) Everyone is always great. Garrett is normally the one that helps me. However I've dealt with them all and they are all great. Also I've bought 2 cars from the dealership. So the sales department is great too!

I just wanted to share an amazing experience I had purchasing my Ford Bronco Raptor from EAG Ford in Jacksonville Texas. first of all I live in Jacksonville Florida after speaking to my salesman Nick Buck on the phone I decided I would get a one-way ticket and fly out and drive the Raptor back across the country. Let me tell you Nick described the vehicle in perfect detail, there were no surprises . When I arrived at the dealership. the whole team at EAG Ford treated me like a local family member. The general sales manager Gary Goodson greeted me when I arrived at the dealership, gave me one of the dealership hats to take home and just made me feel again like I was part of their family and close friends. I have bought a lot of new cars from dealerships all across the country but this is absolutely the best dealership I've been to. They went beyond what I was expecting.
