I recently purchased a new vehicle from Eagle Creek GMC in Meadow Lake, and I want to start by saying the sales experience was excellent. My salesperson was professional, respectful, and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was very disappointing. I brought in my Mercedes to have a thermostat and ABS wheel speed sensor replaced. I was told the work was completed, but when I picked up the vehicle, the ABS issue was still there with warning lights on the dash. When I contacted them, I was told that since the sensor had already been replaced, their work was fine and the issue must be something else. I then took the vehicle to another shop, where the technician explained the problem clearly. The ABS speed sensor had been installed incorrectly—it wasn’t seated properly because it had been placed underneath the plastic mounting bracket instead of on top of it. Because of that, the sensor couldn’t read correctly. Once he repositioned it properly and secured it the right way, all the warning lights immediately disappeared and the vehicle was completely fine. This showed that the issue was simply improper installation. An ABS speed sensor can absolutely be installed incorrectly, and in this case, it was. I went back to Eagle Creek GMC with documentation, but the service department refused to even look at it or consider that a mistake may have been made. No accountability and no willingness to review the issue, even after I had just purchased a new vehicle from them. Mistakes happen, but refusing to even look into it is unacceptable. Great sales experience, but I would not trust the service department.

We found them to be the least expensive for recharging the air conditioning. This time they were able to find the source of the problem.

I took my truck into their shop to get fixed as I didnt know what was causing my truck to not start, they got it running but they didn't do anything else I requested such as a wheel alignment, outter tie rods installed (i had the parts in the truck ready to be installed) and give the truck a good look over to see if I had missed anything or if anything else needed replacement as I had to drive it 3 hours back home. I also requested to get my truck fully detailed with their silver package which I was told included full interior, exterior clean and carpet shampoo, ETC... but when I picked up the truck absolutely nothing was done and when I asked about it they made excuses about my window being smashed in the back and worrying about dust but I made it very clear I didnt care about the dust and my window was covered. They charged me $100 for a "wipe down" but nothing was wiped down it still looked the same as the day I dropped it off. I've worked on this truck for almost 3 years and never got to drive it once so I really wanted a nice clean truck for my first time finally driving it but was very disappointed. I definitely wont be bringing any of my vehicles here again

They're great! Don't charge you 2 arms and 3 legs like other places. They don't always get it right the first time, but they always take care of it all in the end. Definitely recommend.
