I bought a 2021 Gladiator. Fair price. Great vehicle. They provided every report advice financing etc to make the deal work. They do want to sell vehicles which benefits the buyer. Super great people to deal with. Couple things to watch for. 1. Once you show interest the high pressure sales pitch begins. Saw it with more than me. Heard the same lines. 2. Add ons on the contract you didn’t ask for or know about until they tell you they added it to your contract. 3. Make promises to supply something to make the deal then conveniently forget ithey made that promise. Looking forward to a long term relationship with this dealership. Great people. They are willing to go the extra mile. Super happy! overall.

Incredible experience with Eagle Ridge. The sales rep Tom was really great to work with. No high pressure no tactics. Told him what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Tom was able to get the Sales Manager Arash engaged and we got the deal done. They also agreed to swap my 22” rims and tonneau cover from my previous 2020 Silverado to my new 2026 RST at no extra charge!! Best experience I’ve had with a dealer. My first experience buying my own truck was with Eagle Ridge GM. I was very weary with financing and finding trustworthy and knowledgeable sales persons to help me find something within the parameters of what I wanted and what I could afford; based on experiences talking to other dealerships. A friend of mine got me in touch with Josh F. from Eagle Ridge; and I can say that my experience was the best it could be because of Josh. From first-hand observations, he lives and breathes this industry and genuinely wanted to assist me on my journey finding the right first truck; rather than just cramming through another quick sale on some unsuspecting young guy. I'm just over three weeks into driving my Ram 1500 and no problems in sight and as happy as ever. I was also very content with the additional financial-related service from Fred F. and other staff. The patience, understanding and professionalism they showed without any inappropriate sales-tactic pressuring or trickery will give me little preference in the future (hopefully quite a few years ahead), when I one day will be looking for my next vehicle at Eagle Ridge GM.
