Kiera was our salesman and did a great job on sending me video of the trucks and the links , did it all over text email and phone calls . Only had to go in to sign and pick up the truck . Works perfectly for pulling our camper

Bought my 2500 6.4 loaded bighorn right out of the showroom. Set a price etc. signed papers for a big dollar. Didn’t even buy me a coffee. 🤭 Six months later , I got a call. they wanted to buy my truck for HALF of what I just paid for it and It had maybe 12k kms on it. Im thinking that sales guys ear must still hurt.

This dealership was so great to deal with, they're friendly, dont waste your time and they have great prices. They got me a great deal on the exact vehicle I was after and worked some magic to make it happen. Both Sam and Sam were absolutely fantastic.

miserable parts department that is not willing to help. went to edson chrysler and got way better service don’t recommend eagle river to anyone
