Just want to give a shout out to Eagle Transmission. Thank y'all so much for yours service. Y'all deserve more than five stars. Just want to make a long story short. I had issues with the previous owner at this store Eagle Transmission. I had paid $3,700 to have my transmission to get rebuilt which come to find out it never got rebuilt. It was more of a small repair. I had a lot of issues with the previous owner with this transmission shop on my truck, I had brought it back seven times. Within 7 months off and on. So now there is a new owner heath and he is running this place really good. He reached out to me we talked about what happened. And he was able to fix my transmission for a very reasonable price. Something that did not have anything to do with him. But he did was provided good customer service. Had my truck in and out transmission is Shifting good he rebuilt it. He cleaned my engine bay and added new little things on my wires that I didn't even ask for he went beyond. Thank y'all so much Eagle Transmission I recommend y'all. I am very satisfied. Also want to say thank you to Marcus. He is one of the mechanics Tech that was working on my truck. Very good communication and period and very detail at explaining damage that have been done in the transmission. Thank you Eagle Transmission

I had a great experience at Eagle Transmission & Auto Repair. From start to finish, everyone was professional and helpful, but Marcus really stood out — he went above and beyond to explain everything clearly and made sure my car was taken care of. The transmission work was done quickly and at a fair price. My vehicle runs smoother than ever! I highly recommend this shop, especially if you get the chance to work with Marcus — he’s the best!

Honestly didn't think shops offered pick up and delivery services anymore but these guys saved me a massive headache by grabbing my truck while I was stuck at work. It made the whole repair Process so much smoother than I expected. Really thankful for the help.

I Went to eagle transmission to only to receive an estimate on pricing for rebuilt transmission they told me it was free for an estimate so I told them I would tow it there John the owner proceeded to rush to get my car from my previous mechanic I'm already knowing it's needs rebuilding has leaks every where..ok cool. I just need an estimate for work done.. John says ok need check out the car pick it ups car with his tow truck and kept asking do I owe the other mechanic for work done I say no I just want to get other opinions about how bad the transmission is what's my best option to fix the car.. ok John pick the car up has it checked out next day later at 4pm calls me tell the problem with transmission ok cool.. his shop closes at 6pm. Now he tells me his estimate ok 3,500 i can start now... I tell him no I may want look around first at other options then he proceeds to say 140 and you can pick your car up Now!! I don't have room for it I have other work to do!!. So now I have to tow it out of his lot.. so I call him and tell him I'm on the way with his 140 and I have a tow truck to pick the car up I'm explaining to him I coming up there to pay him first so he can released my car to the other tow truck driver (John) the owner he says make sure you have my money first! Before he comes... I'm shocked because I've explained I would pay him...that's not even the bad part I get there at 4:35pm my other tow truck is here I've paid him his 140 to release my car he ,they, his employees lost my keys to my car rushing to get my car out there lot I had to pay double tow truck because we sat there for over hr waiting for them to find my keys to the car I leave 20min before they close they find them when me and the driver is gone I wouldn't recommend any going to them they are good to their customers and I was so polite to them to get treated like that for wanting just an estimate is bad business just horrible and had the nerve to tell they would take the 140 off the price 3500 if I let them rebuild my transmission no thank you. I would never they rushed me so much said he would have leave the car outside his shop if I wasn't going to get the work done at his shop. That horrific behavior for an owner to an potential paying custumer

I brought my car to Eagle Transmission in Mesquite thinking I was facing a major transmission failure. The staff was incredibly honest and professional from the start. They performed a free diagnostic and explained everything clearly. Turns out it was a smaller issue, and they saved me a lot of money. I truly appreciate their honesty and quality work.
