I had a somewhat underwhelming experience at this dealership. It wasn't bad, but it also didn't feel like the level of service I would expect from a luxury brand. I purchased a vehicle within four hours of first contacting the salesperson, yet the sales manager never introduced himself or stopped by to say hello. Lee, the salesperson, was pleasant enough to work with, but the overall process felt very transactional, with little emphasis on building a relationship. What made this more surprising was that the dealership was nearly empty my visit, with only one other customer there at the time. I also reached out to the salesperson by phone the following day with a few questions but never received a call back. That said, this appears to be a reputable dealership, and judging by the many positive reviews, my experience was likely an exception. Maybe I simply caught the team on an off day.

Every single person in this dealership was amazing and very helpful. The work they do is top notch and exceptional. My salesman Nelson is extremely nice, knowledgeable, and customer focused. ALL of the financial managers were so patient, knowledgeable and work very hard to get me the best deal. My car was clean charged and ready to hit the road. I will be sending everyone I know that is looking for a vehicle to Earnhardt and Nelson! Please keep up the exceptional work and customer service, you all rock!!
