It was a pleasure to work with Cam Grams. He took the time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle and went out of his way to find me exactly the vehicle I was looking for. Instead of being pushy and trying to make a sale, he worked with me to locate the vehicle that was perfect for me. Communication was clear and concise. Paperwork online was extremely easy and, as someone who flew in out of state, vehicle pickup was streamlined and fast (less than 10 minutes). Art was a very personable sales associate, and Spencer was very helpful along the way. We were allowed to look at, sit in, and test drive any vehicle without pressure. Even when we kept changing our minds or ended up choosing two vehicles instead of one, we never felt pressured. When one car couldn't be sold yet due to a recall, we were pleasantly surprised when it was ready only 1 week later! We are really thankful for having a friendly Ford dealership nearby! And now everyday I get to look at this beautiful evolution of the wild Mustang that I named Darwin. Only drawback was the dip in the road right before entering/leaving the dealership's main driveway. Just go slow!
