James Simmons made the experience of buying a new car easy and not stressful. He was pleasant and well informed. In fact I find buying a car at Hyundai to be a great experience, unlike Honda which high pressure tactics can depress someone for days.

James was fantastic!! He made the process seamless! I filled out the credit application online on Sunday, he called me at 8 a.m. Monday morning, set a time to come in and test drive the 2021 Range Rover Sport HST, went for the test drive, came back to the dealership and Mo the finance guy had all my paperwork to go with exactly the terms I had spoke to James about at 8 that morning. Signed the paperwork and drove the car home! I was there less than 2 hours!!

Arrived at Dealership and walked the lot for 10min before walking inside. While inside I was approached by not 1 sales associate or person while inside the store. It was obvious that I was interested and yet no one seemed to bat an eye while I was walking the show room floor. Would not recommend coming here if you are looking for help with your next vehicle purchase

I had the pleasure of working with Eliana Gutierrez to purchase a preowned vehicle at this dealership. The entire experience was so enjoyable, she answered all my questions and I never felt pressured. Even when a small issue arose after the final purchase was completed, Ms. Gutierrez and her manager did everything in their power to make sure it was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I can’t recommend them enough!

RUBEN!!!!!! I can’t say enough good things about our salesman we met yesterday!!! We actually had an appointment set up with someone else and arrived to the lot a bit early and while waiting We were looking around at some vehicles and were approached by this very friendly guy that immediately wanted to help us. Introduced himself very politely, and immediately made us feel comfortable and excited to start this process. I was trading in my lease for another car, so it was a little bit easier than shopping around a lot, but he made sure to show me all the details of the car I was getting into and make sure I was comfortable with trying out a few more options just so I was sure with the one I was picking! I love when someone cares about the product they’re selling to you a little bit more than you do. He cares about his job and cares about his customers. You can see it through his smile, and he went the extra mile to just make us feel at home and make us feel like we were more of friends than customers and that really made the process better than I could’ve asked for. Sorry this review is so long but to the people higher up y’all need to make sure you give this guy whatever bonus possible this Christmas AND THE CHRISTMAS AFTER because he honestly killed it. He deserves all the recognition he can get SERIOUSLY and thank you to all of the other sales people and the finance guy for helping us with everything you guys made the process very easy and smooth!
