I worked most closely with Lali and Fernando, both were very professional and patient. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Lali was very knowledgeable and helpful, she answered our questions and helped us get acquainted with the features of the car. Fernando was transparent and fair with the process of evaluating my trade-in and working out the financial arrangements. They were easy to do business with, provided great customer service, and made the purchase very simple and quick.
