I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I initially brought my vehicle in because it was having issues starting and staying running. I was told the fuel pump needed to be replaced, and I agreed to the repair. After paying for the work, my car seemed fine at first, but within about two weeks it began experiencing the exact same problem again. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership, but I was told they could not find any issues and that the car was running fine. I trusted their assessment and picked it up. A few weeks later, the same problem returned. I had the vehicle towed back again, and this time I was told that I might need a new battery , but that the vehicle was currently running and I could pick it up. While picking it up, would not start again. At that point, the dealership checked it and claimed the issue was simply a fuse. Following their recommendation regarding the battery , I had the battery replaced elsewhere at significant expense. Unfortunately, despite replacing the battery my vehicle shut off again last week and continues to have the same issues that led me to the dealership in the first place. Throughout this entire process, I have spent a considerable amount of money on and time, yet the original problem remains unresolved. I am frustrated by the inconsistent diagnoses and the fact that multiple visits to the dealership failed to identify and correct the root cause of the issue. I expected accurate diagnostics and effective repairs from a dealership service department. Instead, I have been left with an unreliable vehicle, mounting expenses, and no clear resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service department.

Recently purchased my new Dodge Durango 2025 and had the best experience with Demetry at Dodge Dealer in Boston Rd. He was very good to me and my overall experience was very positive. I felt like my total deal from start to finish was about 2 hours start to finish. I purchased and also leased vehicles for many years before and in the past the time I’ve spent in the dealer was very exhausting. This time around it was just a breeze. Lamar was also on point making sure we were happy and that the financing part went smoothly. We appreciate the vibe and presence that the dealer has, you can also tell the other sales associates are team players as well. Overall it was good and I can’t wait to get an upgrade in several years with them again.
