I had an excellent experience with Eastgate Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and especially with Josh Haddix. I brought my Jeep Renegade in because I was hearing a metal clunking noise and another rotational clicking noise while driving. Josh listened carefully to my concerns, took the time to understand what I was experiencing, and never made me feel rushed. As a young woman bringing my vehicle in on my own, I can sometimes feel nervous going into a dealership because of the reputation some places have for taking advantage of customers. I never felt that way here. Josh was professional, honest, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Throughout the process, he kept me informed and called to walk me through the findings. He explained the repairs clearly and even found a recall that I wasn’t aware of. He took the time to explain both the recall work and the repairs my vehicle needed so I felt comfortable making informed decisions. The initial estimate was a little higher than I expected, but I felt confident I was receiving quality service and honest recommendations. In the end, the final cost came in about $400 less than the original estimate, which was a very pleasant surprise. I also needed my vehicle back quickly. The day after bringing my car in, I approved the repairs in the morning, and the work was completed by that evening. The turnaround time was impressive. Most importantly, I felt listened to, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. Josh provided outstanding customer service, and because of this experience, I will absolutely return for future service and recommend Eastgate to others.

Found the vehicle online and was able to make an appointment for my desired time the next day. Angie was a joy to work with. She texted me all the information I needed, allowed me time to decide if we wanted to move forward with no pressure. I took a few days to decide and she even offered to come in on her off day because my schedule was all over the place! She was a joy to work with and we love our "new to us" 2020 Chevrolet Traverse. Financing was super easy and quick. I was presented with several purchase options, great explanations of the added benefits but no pressure to purchase them. And they were great to work with in financing. Definitely will recommend to our friends and family!

Sometimes I Over Talk When I’m Nervous Chad Engage In All Of My Conversations And Even Stayed Positive When I Was So Doubtful On Getting Approved. This Man Knows His Stuff. I receive service related work only. I have used “Express Lane services for the past 50,000 miles in my vehicle. Maybe 5 successful visits over two years. Tire rotation, filter change…etc. On two other occasions I was refused service because they had too many cars and not enough technicians, (during their advertised times). Today’s “Express Lane” visit took over 2 hours from the time I arrived. Oil change, tire rotation and new cabin filter. The previous visit was north of 90 minutes for just an oil change. I fail to see this as express service. If you’re unable to provide timely service, then set my expectations as a customer. Tell me to make an appointment so I don’t have to wait. Don’t advertise Express services if you are unable to meet or exceed expectations. It’s all about service.
