Thank you for showing and explaining the right inventory. Unfortunately, however, we had difficulty communicating and contacting each other. So, it was good to purchase but I was embarrassed when I already submitted the invoice that needed to be paid by the maintenance part. I hope you consider the customer a little more in the future. Of course, I appreciated that I had a very kind and welcoming habit except for those things.

Don’t ever get your vehicle repaired to their collision center. I had a collision repair there about a year ago and noticed that the gap on my tailgate is not even on the right side and started to damage the tailgate and the bumper trim. Brought it to a dealership here in Edmonton to get it repaired, when they brought it in to their shop they said my vehicle needs to go to the collision center I got my vehicle repaired because they did a pretty bad job like paunt didnt patch and silicone sealant crackings. I emailed the collision center about my issue and sent them photos of it a guy from the collision center (mark pekala) said that they could do nothing about it or warranty the damages. I never has issues with the tailgate before until they did the repairs, now i’m going back to them for help to fix it and they could not acknowledge their mistake. I’m paying so much for the vehicle and all i get is this?

Amazing experience from start to finish! Paul was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process of getting my car. Joon, the finance manager, was just as awesome and took the time to walk me through everything step by step, making the whole process stress-free and easy to understand. I had a wonderful experience with Eastside Dodge each time I have gone in for work. But this trip was the best. Travis Pope and Joon went above and beyond. They got me out of a high rate finance to a lower rate finance and a new vehicle. Best experience I had ever when dealing with getting a new car. I did not feel pressured at all. Travis spent time helping me with getting to know my Compass and making sure that I had things understood. Keep up the great work!!!
