Briefly, avoid them at all cost. I don't understand how a dealership does NOT have a record of $1,000 transaction that a customer PAID to them. Instead, they made more expenses due just because they did not have a trace for the $1,000 damn USD that I paid for them. I had to cut short my vacation and pay more fees for a ticket change. What a disaster! Richard's (finance manager) excuse is that the owners changed. What a complete lie, it had to happen that I knew the owners (which he's still working there) and 2 you don't wipe records when you sell the dealership.

They provided a detailed estimate up front, explained everything clearly, and there were zero surprises. It was transparent, honest, and gave me full confidence in their recommendations. Not only was the work completed ahead of schedule, but my vehicle was also returned freshly washed, and driving better than ever. They even spotted and corrected a minor issue I hadn’t noticed—at no charge—just because they "wanted it right." The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care shown here sets a new standard. It’s rare to find a dealership that makes you feel like more than just another ticket number—but this place gets it. I am beyond happy with my experience at east side Volkswagen. I didn’t plan on purchasing a vehicle until I worked with Joe. He worked hard to make sure everything was easy, he got me the most money I’ve seen on trade value for my car and when I arrived the car I was buying was spotless. From inquiring at 3PM on Friday and picking the car up Saturday at 9AM I have to say Joe has blew my expectations out of the water when it comes to buying a new car.

I brought my car in for a timing service and they completely messed my engine up to the point the car is totaled right now. Found out they changed my balance shafts and intake camshaft without my knowledge, or ever mentioned it once, nor does it show on the paperwork provided. Which is strange, why change those and not mention it? Maybe run it by me? Messed it up when you were doing the timing service? Only to still mess it up when they changed it without my knowledge. Intake balance shaft gear is breaking teeth, getting metal in my oil, and broken teeth in the oil pan, low oil pressure warnings, etc. The intake balance shaft gear is completely broken off the shaft. It just floats in place. While the shaft itself is welded in to the motor now. Whatever you do, do not take your car here. FOR ANYTHING. I don't trust them to even clean a single car window.

I just went in to change my specialty wheel locks to a standard and these guys were so nice! Everyone I interacted with was so pleasant and professional. I wish I knew the service rep’s name. That was who I spoke with initially, then he directed me to Eric at the service desk who was so nice and helpful, then the gentleman at the parts desk whom I shared a few laughs with he was so nice as well! And then last but not least, the young man who changed the wheel locks for me! I look forward to being serviced at this location in the future! Good customer service is so hard to come by. I live in Bedford and will certainly be making this trip! Thanks guys
