Service department is brutal, they’re all arrogant, lack communication and take their sweet time to do anything. If my truck was finished and ready yesterday why didn’t you call me yesterday? Why did I have to drive by and see it in the parking lot
Poor Service. Avoid avoid. éviter à tout prix. During selling it's all smiles lol. Dealing with a simple issue it's been almost 1year! They sent me to another dealer instead of dealing with my issue. My EV charger won't work properly during cold weather.. The solution is ignoring almost a year poor poor customer post sale service. éviter à tout prix!

Well new designs and comfortable seating and a new bar of different drinks and coffee. While waiting for services to be done.
Kap Eastview is hands down the best dealership I have dealt with. Brian is a top notch sales man. Makes you feel welcomed and takes great care of you. The service department not so much, hard to get a hold of rarely return phone calls, also messed up a bill and attempted to over charge by about 400 dollars
