Just picked up my 2024 Toyota Corolla LE Black car on Monday!! I was very impressed with the service provided from toyota. The sales advisor Ninja was nothing short of Excellent!! He was very knowledgeable and made this process very smooth. I am so glad I bought the Corolla, it has everything I need in a sedan. Those cars are built to last and very reliable!! Even at the dealership I was given discounts due to some scuffs and minor scratches on the body, and the finance manager Imad was able to find me a really good interest rate. Also Steve was really awesome on the day of pick up showing me the essentials of the car and "need to knows", truly an awesome guy. I felt welcomed when I went to this dealership and I didn’t feel pressured to buy something. I would recommend anyone getting a new vehicle to see sales advisor Ninja!!! 11/10 Service!!!!

We just picked up our fifth Toyota from this dealership last week, and once again, the experience was outstanding. Huge thanks to Balaram for being such an excellent salesperson—he was incredibly patient with all my questions as I transitioned to my first EV. Christina in finance was also incredibly helpful and made the paperwork seamless. We couldn't be happier with the consistent service here

I always thought this dealership had excellent service, but I'm extremely disappointed. The car they sold us had quality issues, and they refuse to replace it. The first time, they said we put the wrong fuel in—a ridiculous excuse. They initially said they fixed the car and delivered it back, but the same problem reappeared in less than a week. When I called them, they told me to pay for the repairs. Is it possible for a new car to have such problems? The new car was shaking all the time. I will never trust this dealership again, and I will never buy from them again. I hope you will consider the quality of this car before purchasing. 😭😭😭😭😭

Update: After my experience detailed below, the General Manager did an exceptional job to rectify the experience. They did get the issue resolved and the truck works now. I have newfound confidence in this dealership thanks to the actions of the general manager! I had a recall done on my 2017 Toyota Tacoma here for the fuel pump. I was asked to bring the truck in with less than 1/4 tank for the work to be done. After the work was completed, I stopped at a gas station to fill up (I don't like leaving it less than 1/4 tank) and when I tried to start it, it wouldn't! I called the dealership and they sent someone out. They were able to get it started. This all happened on April 15, 2026. Now today, they have given me the run around by hanging up on me, having me call roadside assistance only to be told that I would have to pay for it unless the dealership calls them. Well I've been trying to get a hold of someone at the dealership for an hour now with calls dropping, voicemail and the like. All the while, I'm missing work and not getting any assistance! In the interest of preserving Toyota's customer service reputation, they should pull their dealership license immediately!

I had a fantastic experience with the purchase of my used 2017 Toyota 4Runner TRD off-road, over a month ago now. I had been looking for one for almost 2 years when low and behold a first owner, great condition 4Runner showed up right under my nose at Eastway Toyota. Nexhat (Ninja) and the entire Eastway Toyota team were phenomenal. The vehicle was fairly priced, I know because I had done my homework, almost 2 years worth!. I had an absolute fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend them as well as going back. Thanks! Its a beast!
