We purchased a 2023 Freightliner from Easy Cars in Miami, and the dealership has failed to provide or submit the required title and registration documents. We were told the paperwork would be sent within 30 days, but that didn't happen. As a result, our registration expired and we received a DOT warning, which directly impacts our ability to legally operate our business vehicle. After repeated follow-ups, communication has stopped, and we still have no confirmation that the documents have been submitted. This situation has caused unnecessary stress, compliance risk, and potential financial loss. We have now filed formal complaints due to the lack of response and failure to complete basic dealer responsibilities. If you are purchasing a vehicle, make sure you receive all documentation before leaving — do not rely on the dealership to follow through after the sale.
