Had my car for a year in a half, when I first got it I had problems with it . I had to replace my gas cap because the one I had originally didn’t fit the car & messed up the car itself. Also, the car didn’t have enough oil in it which led my engine being seized & having to go 4 months without my car . I had to get the engine & the timing belt replaced which cost me my whole check . Not to mention they don’t explain to you about charging you extra money for your bi weekly payments they just add on without a notification. DO NOT get your car from here because I definitely regret getting a car from here.

I had a good relationship with the original owners, had sent my mother as well as a few others to them and never collected the referral bonus. 4+ years after paying off my vehicle a module activated which killed my starter, the new owners were extremely rude and refused to speak to me for more than a contract quote which didn't protect them whatsoever according to my lawyer. I'd give zero stars to the new owner if I could.

I just purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from eCars. I am very happy with my purchase! The Jeep has been great and I had a great experience at eCars! Charlie did a great job and I felt like he gave me honest answers to my questions. I would highly recommend them!
