My husband and I were in the market for a different vehicle and were displeased with our experience at a large dealership in Regina. We found Echo Valley while scouring the internet for suitable vehicles and decided to go out to the Fort to take a look. We sent a message to the dealer about the truck and received a prompt response from Justin. We scheduled an appointment on Saturday to view the truck. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by Justin at the dealership. Justin put no pressure on us to buy during our appointment and the atmosphere at the dealership is friendly and relaxed. When it did come time to buy the vehicle, Justin was very transparent with pricing (showing us the reasoning behind why the vehicle was priced the way it was) and gave us a fair price for our vehicle that we were trading in. Jason in finance was also very transparent during our appointment. He was extremely generous with our warranty and structured the financing to suit our lives and get us the best rate possible. We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Echo Valley (with quite a few laughs along the way!). We are very happy with our vehicle that we purchased and have peace of mind over the warranty and finances. We highly recommend making the drive to Fort Qu'Appelle if you're looking for a vehicle - you will be well looked after. We will most definitely be coming back. We were travelling on Christmas Eve to visit relatives and our GMC Acadia lost engine power due to the cold. We had this happen once before, so we knew some brief professional/technical help was required. We were able to get the Acadia to limp into Fort Qu'Appelle. We caught Jason and a couple of the maintenance technicians about to leave for the holidays. They stayed the extra 20 minutes to help get us going on the road again at highway speeds. My salesman, Justin, was great to deal with. He didn't message me constantly, he was patient and followed my lead. I was fortunate enough to be able to get the bulk of the paperwork out of the way before I made the drive to the Fort to get it, which was super nice because the last thing I wanted to do was spend hours in the dealership.
