An atypical dealership in a good way! We recently upgraded to a Sierra 3500. Allen Binette was great at making us feel welcome and facilitating the deal, his clear, concise, and prompt communication made everything go smoothly throughout the process. The finance office experience with Ricky Dagesse was unexpectedly positive, paperwork was prepared ahead of time and absolutely no b.s., games, or shenanigans. With the majority of other dealer interactions during my search being mediocre at best, Ecodrive Chevrolet GMC set themselves apart and earned my business. Despite not purchasing my vehicle there, they were all so kind and welcoming when it needed recall service. They allowed my very young puppy to wait with me inside and everyone was friendly and offered waters, attention to my pup, and got my truck taken care of quickly.

After reaching out to almost every dealership in Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire, and having absolutely no luck finding a vehicle that worked for me, I stumbled upon Berlin City, and a 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer. I live over an hour away from the dealership, but I was connected to Zack, and he helped make the buying process super easy and simple! He answered every question I had, and walked me through the entire process primarily by text. He even got an appraisal on my trade in before I drove to the dealership! Once I got to the dealership, I took the car for a test drive, and knew it was 100% what I was looking for. The in-person process was just as simple as my virtual interaction, and within a few hours I was heading back to Maine with my new car.
