I had such a positive experience at Economy Honda! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed with kindness. The woman at the front desk, I believe her name was Serina (I apologize if I got that wrong) was amazing. Even though there wasn’t someone available right away, she was so helpful and attentive. I was honestly about to leave and check out another dealership, but I’m really glad I decided to stay. Shortly after, Mike stepped in and got me started by understanding what I was looking for and helping move the process along before handing me off to Chris. That transition felt very smooth, and you can tell the team works really well together. Chris was great to work with, very transparent, straightforward, and patient while I was deciding on the right vehicle. I never felt pressured, which made a big difference for me. Austin in finance brought everything together seamlessly. He was very clear, upfront, and made sure I understood everything before signing, which I really appreciated. Overall, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and efficient from start to finish. I truly appreciate how easy they made this experience, and I will definitely be back in the future. I had such a wonderful buying experience!!! If you are looking for a new vehicle Honda Economy is hands down the best place. Chris and Catrell were amazing salesman and Mark was amazing in the financing department. There was no pressure and they treated me with respect.

I want to thank Fred Newton for the excellent job he did through the whole buying experience with Economy Honda. I briefly met him 5 months ago while looking at cars in the lot. He was so nice, friendly, and not pushing anything that day I remembered him. When it was time to buy i went directly to him and told him exactly what I wanted and what deal I would take. He made it happen. No tricks, no bs, and no red flags like another dealership in Florida 5 days before. I found the exact same car home in Chattanooga better deal and better price. I have heard that Florida has better deals because of the mass volume sold. Not true I have tried 3 times in the past and bought in Chattanooga because all the lies and extra fees etc. So do yourself a favor buy from Fred at Economy Honda you won't regret it. The contract writer was very honest anf helpful in the whole buying experience. Great guy and came from Florida and knew what I was talking about from my experience in Florida. No gimmicks just straight the way it should be. Would I recommend this business? Absolutely Would I return? Absolutely This was my second Honda accord after 11 years and 250k of no worries driving. Its still going strong. My sister friend bought it for her first car.
