I highly recommend this dealership!! Very honest about the vehicles they sell! I drove 110 miles to come see a truck and I was expecting something to be wrong with it because it has over 300,000 miles on it but I was very surprised to find nothing wrong with it! Not even a check engine light! I really enjoyed working with my salesman Ethan! He was so polite, friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back if I ever need a vehicle in the future! If I lived closer I would have the truck serviced there for maintenance because of how good the customer service is but I live two hours away. Thank you so much Ed Koehn Ford for being such a pleasure to work with and I love my new super duty! 😇

My Bronco (Greyson) was having some issues and Ed Kohn took a look at it earlier than my scheduled appointment when I dropped it off and did an inspection to see what was going on. Luckily a majority of it, was under warranty due to recall issues. They were very communicative and even delivered my car to me and I greatly appreciate that. 🤗 I will definitely be going to them from now on with any issues should they surface. Thank yall again. I’m so glad to have my car back.

I have been doing business with this dealership for many years, which makes it especially disappointing to write this review. My most recent experience purchasing a used van was extremely frustrating. The van was equipped with an inverter and batteries used to provide household power. When we took delivery of the vehicle, those components were no longer in the van. After bringing the issue to the dealership’s attention, they declined to replace the batteries. They did arrange for a replacement inverter from another location, but it was not functioning properly, leaving me to purchase and install a new inverter and batteries at my own expense. The financing process was equally concerning. We put $1,000 down and financed the remaining balance through our credit union. Later, we discovered that a $1,500 GAP insurance policy had been added to the financing. We do not believe this product was clearly disclosed or adequately explained during the transaction. After meeting with our credit union, we were informed that the lender did not require GAP coverage and that such products are typically offered through the dealership. We returned to the dealership and requested that the GAP policy be canceled, which they agreed to do. However, this experience has significantly damaged our trust and confidence in the dealership. I encourage anyone purchasing a vehicle here to carefully review all paperwork, ask questions about any optional products, and verify exactly what is being included in the final financing agreement before signing. Unfortunately, based on my recent experience, I can no longer recommend this dealership.

I really needed a car in 1 day and went to Ed Koehn Ford. I brought a truck from them years before and they have an excellent reputation here in Montcalm county. Mike Ruff was so incredible, patient and diligent in making sure I left there in the Ford Edge SUV I'd picked out. He worked tirelessly all day so I could have transportation to work the following day. I have friends that do business with them and we all refer people we know to Ed Koehn if they need wheels, new or used because you can't go wrong!
