I just wanna say that this is the third time that I come to this dealership and moved here from Florida about eight months ago and I have an extended warranty on My vehicle it has been such a pleasure working with everyone here today. I’m leaving just now I had an appointment. They’re always so courteous , polite and efficient From the front desk to the service people to the actual mechanics honestly it’s a pleasure coming here and I just want to thank them

They were willing to work with me and got me in a vehicle when no one else could. James was the best salesperson I've ever worked with! If you need a vehicle, come to this place!

Went in for an oil change and a check engine light. Got told my transmission was going out as a joke I guess? Had me freaking out for 30-45 minutes while they worked on my truck. I had them run my credit and . handed me my paper everything was good. I was like so I don't need a transmission. He had no idea what I was talking about. Went back up to the two frat brothers selling cars there. They couldn't understand why I was so pissed off and didn't care. This place can suck it easy.

Just awful professionalism. My husband brought in our GMC (that we purchased there 2 years ago, and have regular oil changes done) due to the engine light being on and the service tech told us the transmission is out we need a new one. What the heck, but ok. We were in the process of weighing our options of replacing it or just getting a new truck (they even pulled one up for my husband to look at) and came back with, we were just joking. Your transmission is fine. Manager did nothing. Horrible, horrible service, and professionalism. Will not be back.

I had my roof of my vehicle painted and they did well on that. I keep my ride clean especially inside. When I got it back the inside was filthy the frame around the ceiling light was left off, dirty hand prints all over ceiling. I could go on but won’t. Took it to show a supervisor he arranged to have the outside washed and fix the light cover and clean the hand prints but it was so dusty inside I could write my name in it on the dash. This was the fault of the collision center.
