Jeremy Johnson was awesome in my purchase of 2026 Suburban diesel for my wife. We have bought from Jeremy in the past. This was a surprise purchases for my wife. The process went through without a hitch. I would definitely buy again from Jeremy and pass the word on to family and friends. Jeremy's outgoing personality and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Jeremy delivered the vehicle today to my home. My wife was completely surprised and had no idea, of the purchase. Expected a good experience, but was sadly disappointed. Drove 2 hours to pickup my truck, and when I arrived nothing is ready. Truck is filthy and has a flat tire during test drive. Paperwork took 2 hours total. While im waiting for paperwork, I see online that they dropped the price below the price I ended up paying (kind of a slap in the face). My last several car buying experiences have been so pleasant, and this unfortunately just fell below expectations.

The salesmen were knowledgeable and helpful. They made sure we were a part of the process throughout. Also we were able to negotiate on a price we were more comfortable with.
