Lucas in parts and service was a fantastic help and truly knows his "Stuff" Me being an older lady, he never once made me feel unknowledgeable or treated me rudely. Where another there made me feel stupid, which I, nor my husband appreciated. Boo on him ( Thumbs way down)... Lucas, in detail, explained my issues, and worked with me to find a good price point. I've never had such a wonderful experience and I felt comfortable calling Lucas after and getting extra advice on new tires which I WILL be buying from Lucas at Ed Morse Chevrolet!!! I Won't go anywhere else, and I WONT ever speak to anyne there but Lucas!!! I've told all my Gal pals about the fantastic customer service and where to go, Ed Morse Chevy! My husband and I bought a Tahoe back in January 2025. The oil change was done just then with new filters. The sales manager at the time told us we will get you a free detail at our next oil change since so many people were test driving that vehicle. We called beginning of May to get an oil change and the free detail we were promised. I also told them some of the buttons on the dash needed to be looked at because they were sticking. The guy on the phone said well you’ll probably need a new board for that. This vehicle is only a 2020 in perfect condition… They still didn’t look at it and try to fix it. I’m pretty sure with a great detail it would’ve fixed it. They called me back saying the air filter needed to be replaced which was replaced almost 5,000 miles ago, shouldn’t need it but whatever. I get the vehicle back and it looks like the vehicle was just vacuumed out. There was still a piece of paper under the car seat. They didn’t even attempt to move it to “detail” that spot. The paper could have been thrown away for all I care. I have them the vehicle pretty clean also with nothing in there. My husband could definitely tell that it wasn’t detailed like we were promised. My husband details vehicles on the side when he has time and can do 100% way better job. It also seemed like it was a bit of an issue for them to come pick up and drop off the vehicle to me. My husband had to go to work and I have a newborn with no way back home so I had a great excuse for not being able to drop it off and pick it up. The guy that picked up and dropped off the vehicle was very nice though! It seems like nobody works there anymore either. I WOULDN’T suggest them for service or maintenance at all. If they did their jobs right maybe I would suggest them.

Got me approved when no one else could or would try. Got to say made buying a pleasure. Love my 2024 GMC.
