March 2025 they put a transmission in my 2019 grand caravan. It was great until January 2026, not even a year later, they had to put another transmission in it. Here it is April and they have had my van for about a month to put another transmission in it. They got the transmission in a week ago. They still haven't started on it. Last time I called, he said they were backed up by appointments that were made while they were waiting for my transmission to come in.....shouldn't my vehicle have been first since it was there first? I've decided that next time, my vehicle will go to the Dodge dealer in Marshfield. This is beyond absurd and to make it even worse, they don't do loaners, so I have just been living without a vehicle all this time.

The service dept asked if i needed a ride and i said yes. I stayed around for an hour no ride no word on anything. Then when i ask i get an attitude. Then says well I'll just back the truck out. No customer sevice skills what so ever. Horrible experience.

This is truly a ZERO star review; My grandparents have been milked by this location. One incident, my grandmother took her car in to see why her tire was rumbling around (turns out she needed new breaks and rotors) which they charge $1200+. On top of that, she lost her backup camera in the process, and they refused any wrong doing then only offered to replace the display (obscenely disrespectful, as they’re just trying to keep taking money instead of helping elderly in their community). The second issue brought to my attention; my grandfather needed an inspection that he was told would be free of charge before hand, and was later charged. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you have endless pockets.

Got a quote from these guys on my truck when done $150 more then the had priced me and still have same problem I took to another dealership the guy showed me that they didn’t do what was charged for cautious when dealing with the dealership

2023 Ram sat for over a week waiting to get it in the shop. Stopped by and was told it would be in the next day. 3 days later it is still sitting in the lot, no communication whatsoever. Tried calling and was transferred to service and but was hung up on.
