My husband and I bought a brand new Jeep Grand Wagoneer from Jeep Sierra Vista. From start to finish Gabby and David the manager were awesome. Gabby was so professional and amazing and she knew all the things about the Jeep Grand Wagoneer! She was knowledgeable and she made us feel comfortable! I was so pleased with her service. Do not trust service department whatsoever. Zero reliability. Zero efficiency. Very dishonest. I took my car in for service because I was receiving warning lights for Electronic Stability Control and Service Auto Stop/Start. I had an appointment at 8am and was told it would take approximately two hours to fully diagnose. By 2pm I heard nothing and when I called to ask for any update I was told “my guys are still working on it, they had to take a lunch break”. By roughly 3pm I walked in prepared to get my car and take it somewhere else; coincidentally at that time they told me the issue was the vacuum pump and the “fuse box”. I pressed for more explanation regarding the fault and Frank, who was the mechanic assigned to my vehicle, could not explain without generic and vague information then asked another employee to explain it to me instead. I continued to ask for specific details. Eventually they recommended a complete fuse box replacement and a new vacuum pump for ~$1600 (see photos). I questioned why the entire fuse box needed to be replaced instead of just the associated fuse and was told “it just doesn’t work like that”. I had enough information to go home and do my own research at that point. After approximately ten minutes of my own researching, I conducted a visual inspection of the vacuum pump fuse, and easily identified the fuse was blown, which took less than 60 seconds to inspect. I went to Autozone to purchase a replacement fuse for approximately $6, popped the old one out with some pliers, put the new one in, and am no longer having the preexisting issues. How they recommended the entire fuse box and vacuum pump be replaced is beyond me. I’ve attempted to go to this service department for three separate issues over the last three years and continue to leave unresolved, given false recommendations, and overpriced. Not sure why I’ve continued to try going back. I will never return after this.

Great deal. I went in because I saw a Jeep gladiator on the web site, and I wanted to test drive it. I ended up driving and purchasing a different gladiator (red one) that I traded my Tacoma on, and the deal was great. After sale support has been awesome. I will not hesitate to make another deal here and recommend them to friends.
