I will definitely be back for our auto needs. The repairs were all completed to accommodate our schedule as well. I went in for the normal oil change package. David had recommended a Coolant and Brake Fluid Flush on my '25 Maverick Tremor with 33k miles and, without really considering, I authorized both services. Afterwards, I reviewed the receipt and the Ford's maintenance schedule with David and questioned the discrepancy between his recommendation and the schedule and if there were any notes from the Technicians to justify his recommendations. The explanations I received revolved around the "climate" here. I left pretty unhappy since my previous experiences have been satisfactory. Because of this, I am less inclined to revisit despite the convenience. Update: I came back soon after my last appointment to address a tapping under the cabin. David was professional in handling the issue. He acknowledged that my previous experience was less than ideal and apologized for it. He helped relay my issue to the Technician and was able to find a faulty fastener on my skid plate. I appreciate the prompt resolve and effort taken to diagnose and correct a problem. I may reconsider revisiting for my future vehicle needs.

gotta be honest, this was a way better experience than before. the vehicle drop of only took a minute, I didnt have to walk around looking for someone to receive the vehicle, they said it would take an hour, I didnt believe it and didnt want to wait, I got a ride home, and had to get back in the car because it only took an hour. The best part, the visit was under a hundred bucks for the oil change, tire rotation, inspection etc... its an F250... Jiffy lube will charge me 125 minimum for that and make me rotate my own tires. Nothing against jiffy lube, you pay for the quicky, that isnt really much faster... anyhow, I left happy and satisfied from a car dealership, kudos to that!

I highly recommend sam, he is a very kind and a professional salesman! He answered all of our questions, made process smooth & was excellent. Mark was very professional as well and can count on him for any questions! I highly recommend them! My husband and I love our bronco :))
