Purchased a 2021 Suburban from this dealer and was a smooth and easy process. Charles Gregory was the man I dealt with. He was easy to get along with and has done everything is his power to assist me pre and post purchase. I flew in from Florida for this vehicle. The overall package I was looking for was hard to find and when they listed what I just happen to want things moved fast. Charles picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealer. We looked over the car and he answered every question I had. It helped that I had all my ducks in a row to make the paperwork easier. We did hit a small snag being I was a out of state customer but Gene Hagele the Finance director help sort it out in a timely manner. Everyone that I met there was kind and laid back. Not the vibe I was expecting but most definitely appreciated. I've never purchased a car from a dealer before and the internet is full of horror stories. I never felt pressured to buy anything. It was totally about what was available and if i was interested. Fantastic place.

I can’t thank Xavier and his service team enough for all their help this week. They really went out of their way to help me, expressed shipped parts for me, completed repairs before the estimated time frames they gave me, and more. I ended up needing emergency repairs and had my pets with me on the road, they were so kind to help me around challenges with having them with me. So grateful for their kindness and help to getting me back in the road so quickly. Amazing service, truly🙃

We stopped at this dealership to check out 2 vehicles. A new Tuscon and 1 year old Subaru. Neither of them would start. We left and went to Ed Morse Chevrolet... I'll refer you to my review of them... much worse.. Mike Jezorski, Sierra Vista

I've never had an experience buying a car where I genuinely enjoyed the experience - until now. Lorenzo is such a genuinely good person, and awesome to work with. We had tried several dealerships to get a Sonata Hybrid Limited without paying Market Adjustment and only could find two, one in Phoenix and Lawley. We wanted specific exterior/interior colors, so we knew it might be a wait. David F (Comino) was awesome to work with. He explained how the process would work and the estimated timeframe to get the vehicle. Yes, it took longer than expected, but David kept us informed. Once it arrived, he took care of the accessories we wanted, and scheduled a deliver day that we could drive down from Tucson. The vehicle was beautiful and the whole process seamless. Everyone made us feel very comfortable. We will DEFINITELY do business again with them.
