Compared to any other south Florida dealership, this place sets the standard bar none. From the moment I enquired online with Jessica, to the moment I met David Ocker to the moment I drove away in my new surburban high country it was an absolute dream of an experience for south florida. David is a rare kind of salesman. Midwesterner who actually had integrity, honesty and walked through the process and made it a great experience. Honestly, if you want a chevy, no stress, no aggressive salesmen trying to force crap on you, go see David or Randy. They actually restored my faith that a dealership in south florida can do the right thing for once. The staff in the service department of Ed Morse Chevy are awesome! They were friendly, attentive, helpful and professional. I took my Traverse in for servicing and for a minor problem I was having. My service professional, Shiv, could not have been nicer or more helpful. He got my service done quickly but it took a little while to figure out what was wrong with my car. Instead of them brushing me off and telling me there was nothing wrong with my car they ndidn't stop until they figured out what the problem was and Shiv was great about keeping me informed all along the way. They even got me a rental car when it turned out that they had to wait for parts to be delivered and my car wouldn't be ready for 2 days. Lastly, they had my car washed so when I got it back, it was nice and shiny! All of this shows that Ed Morse and it's employees value their customers so I will be going back to Ed Morse for all my service needs in the future. Thank you Shiv and the team!

Matt was my car salesman and he did a great job. He has sold two cars to my family in the past and it was my turn. He was very patient with me because I was very indecisive of what I wanted but he waited and gave me options and advice of what I should do. The process was very simple and the whole team was very professional and they all did their best for me to get the best deal possible.
